Every quote is personalized. It depends on:
- Square footage actually being cleaned
- Number of bathrooms
- Rooms and tasks included
- Current condition and buildup
- How often you’d like cleaning
- Any add-ons you choose
- Unusual cleaning requirements
Ongoing maintenance cleaning gets an agreed flat price once we understand your home’s condition and scope. First visits and deep cleans are assessed individually. Uncertain conditions and move-out cleanings get a custom quote, sometimes after a walkthrough.
Standard vs. deep cleaning: what’s the difference?
Standard cleaning
For maintained homes with routine dust, dirt, and light buildup.
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and backsplash
- Appliance exteriors and microwave interior
- Routine bathroom cleaning
- Accessible surface dusting and mirrors
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Emptying small trash bins
Deep cleaning
For homes with noticeable accumulated buildup. Includes standard tasks plus:
- More detailed cabinet-front cleaning
- Extra attention to accumulated bathroom buildup
- Accessible baseboards, doors and doorframes, windowsills, fan blades, and vent covers
- Other detailing specifically included in your quote
Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, empty cabinet interiors, and interior window glass are separate add-ons.
