What is included?
Standard cleaning covers kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and backsplash; appliance exteriors and the microwave interior; routine bathroom cleaning; accessible surface dusting; mirrors; vacuuming and mopping; and emptying small trash bins.
Deep cleaning includes the standard tasks plus more detailed cabinet-front cleaning, extra attention to bathroom buildup, and accessible baseboards, doors and doorframes, windowsills, fan blades, and vent covers.
Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, empty cabinet interiors, and interior window glass are optional add-ons. We confirm the exact scope in your quote.
How much does it cost?
Every quote is personalized. It depends on your home’s size, the number of bathrooms, the condition of your home, how often you’d like cleaning, any add-ons, and any unusual requirements. Can I set up recurring cleaning?
Yes. You can request weekly, every-two-weeks, or monthly cleaning. First visits are assessed individually, and then we agree on a flat price for ongoing visits.
Do pets affect my cleaning?
Pets are welcome in your home, and owning one doesn’t add a charge by itself. Please tell us about your pets and secure them during service. Ordinary pet hair on floors is part of routine cleaning. Extensive or embedded pet hair needs a closer look and a separate quote. We don’t handle animal waste, litter boxes, or odor remediation.
What should I do before you arrive?
Please clear clothing, toys, dishes, and clutter from the areas to be cleaned. We move only lightweight items during normal cleaning. Organizing, substantial decluttering, and furniture moving are outside our standard scope, and heavy clutter needs review before we quote.
Is there anything you don’t clean?
Routine service doesn’t include hazardous or specialist cleanup, such as bodily waste, needles, blood or body fluids, severe mold, active pest infestations, or hazardous waste. If you’re unsure, tell us in your quote request and we’ll let you know what we can do.
